Job Description: The Sr. Solution Designer (multiple positions open) at Molson Coors Beverage Company USA LLC in Milwaukee, WI will develop software application solutions for an area of business and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide expert level product and process knowledge and oversight of software applications from a build perspective. Develop process and functional specifications for deploying new software functions or changes in the software applications and systems landscape. Oversee build and test of software services and solutions, acting as a key design authority during the design process and defining the technical criteria for product selection. Lead implementation work under technical direction of IT management. Contribute to decisions on product, tool and method selection, providing input on industry trends. Monitor and report on the progress of software systems development projects, ensuring they are aligned with business processes and standards. Lead and integrate cross-functional teams (SAP, non-SAP) to implement integrated business software solutions including system, integration, product, performance testing, cutover, implementation, stabilization and turnover after stabilization. Ensure detailed software architecture and design is in accordance with the Enterprise architecture strategy. Design software environment landscape and refresh strategy. Direct and support the implementation of software and hardware upgrades. May telecommute up to 2 days per week.
Minimum Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or a related field, plus 5 years in a professional systems solutions design and development occupation, or related. Must include 5 years of experience with each of the following: (1) SAP Basis & Architecture; (2) Supply Chain processes using SAP ERP; (3) software process models development and quality assurance; (4) configuration management; (5) interface design; (6) integration tools utilization; (7) HANA system architecture & administration; and (8) SAP on AWS or other cloud service provider.
