Your Purpose
We’re now looking to recruit an Engineering Shift Manager (RCM) to join our brilliant Team at our Burton Brewery.
You will be responsible for leading a team of Engineering personnel to implement and support RCM (reliability centered maintenance) for the Brewing and Packaging department operations. You will lead the projects for each identified asset/area and promote continuous improvement in areas of responsibility, building teams technical capability and ability with World Class Supply Chain tools and techniques.
