Why You Should Join Us
For over two centuries, Molson Coors has been bringing people together over a cold beer, but today, our modern portfolio of award-winning brands extends beyond beer to meet the evolving tastes and preferences of our consumers.
With a presence in over 100 countries and a team of 16,000 talented employees globally, we take pride in our traditions, brands and the role we play in uniting people to celebrate all life’s moments.

In addition to popular favourites like Coors, Carling and Doom Bar, our beverage portfolio includes Aspall, Rekorderlig, Staropramen, Madrí Excepcional and Blue Moon. We also have an expanding and evolving premium spirits range that include Black Cow Vodka, Bandero Tequila and Tarquins Gin.
As a People First organisation, we’re happy to discuss flexible working options.
Your Purpose
As our HR Business partner (FTC), you’ll partner with our Logistics and World Class Supply Chain teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to partner with highly successful teams and provide consultative HR support to Directors and their teams across the UK.
This is a pure generalist HR role in which you’ll get to drive the development and delivery of the People Plan for the Logistics and World Class Supply Chain teams, aligning the people strategy with business needs and working towards our 10-year EMEA APAC business strategy. You will also collaborate with our centres of expertise for Reward, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations and Talent, leadership & Development to brilliantly execute our cyclical people processes.
This is an opportunity for someone with generalist HR experience, likely in a HR Advisor role or similar, to develop your career into a business partnering role within a large, supportive HR team (who have been instrumental to us gaining the Top Employer award for 10 years!). You will gain exposure to change programmes and may wish to take on additional project work on a variety of themes all with the same goal to enhance the employee experience.
This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, based in Burton on Trent on a hybrid basis. We are open to considering part time/job share.
