Your purpose

Are you ready to take the helm as a Marketing Activation Manager at our Head Office in Burton working on a Hybrid basis – couple of days at home and some in our office.

We're seeking a proactive leader to guide a team of 5 in crafting a meticulously coordinated activity plan for our trade marketing division. Your mission: drive income of £3 million+ from suppliers while optimizing day-to-day operations for enhanced efficiency. Collaborate closely with the Digital Team through MMC for seamless integration.

In this role, you'll spearhead the development of sales tools across our IOP sales channels, simplifying the process for our sales force to showcase our complete drinks portfolio to customers. Plus, take the reins in managing Supplier JBP's to secure greater investment and sales for Molson Coors.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 5 to meet income targets, prioritizing Annual Promotional Plans and ensuring a strong commercial focus and ROI.
  • Drive the development and implementation of efficient sales tools for our UK Sales Team across all channels, driving continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders across key business areas, fostering collaboration and synergy.
  • Develop cutting-edge Joint Business Plans with key suppliers, identifying new income streams for long-term partnerships.
  • Support the wider business's understanding of Factored, ensuring seamless integration into impactful projects.

Required:

  • Marketing background with experience in managing marketing teams or programmes, including PR, campaign management, and promotional activities.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze sales and market data effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and suppliers at all levels.
  • While line management experience is preferred, strong stakeholder management and role model behaviours are essential.
