About the Team
We are looking for a new colleague in our department Customer Service – Marine (IBAU3) at our location in Dubai.

What you can look forward to as a Customer Service Executive (m/f/d) - Order Management:

Professionally handle all incoming customer enquiries (by Tel/Email), through swift offering and ordering process through Navision
Professionally greet customers and support with daily sales administration as and when required.
Independent generation and update of Request for Quotation list (RFQ), Sales Quotations, Order Confirmations, Proforma Invoices, and Invoices.
Coordination / follow up with our factories / suppliers in processing the purchase orders, reviewing order confirmations, Shipping documents etc. as necessary.
Coordination with freight forwarders / transporters as necessary to ensure timely shipment of materials.
Pro-actively inform all customers about delivery time updates or delays, close co-ordination with logistics team is expected.
Provide pricing support via analyzing market trends, cross references etc. and maintain detailed record to evaluate future market trends when necessary.

Your Profile as a Customer Service Executive (m/f/d) - Order Management:

Bachelor’s degree or similar with at least 2-3 years of sales support experience; basic understanding of Automotive/ Marine spare parts industry will be added advantage.
Work experience in order management including logistics
Ready to take responsibility, ownership and drive high levels of individual performance management.
Manages constructive feedback positively and handles pressure with ease.
Communicates effectively and clearly with all departments, branches & support systems.
Ability to work independently. Displays mastery of subject matter with attention to detail.
Fluent in English and preferred Arabic language skills.
