The role
As the Midlands Cluster Facilities Supervisor, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. To lead a mixture of hard and soft FM service delivery teams and sub-contractors to manage and maintain the property and services to all customers and stakeholders across the Midlands cluster of sites.
Day-to-day, you’ll ensure customer services, performance and budget targets are monitored and met using a balance of internal self-delivery teams and external contractors. Managing the facilities support function across a number of geographical sites and across the Babcock Group FM department. Providing a professional support service to the Regional Cluster FM team and Group Facilities Department, supporting and working cooperatively with all employees to pro-actively plan staff activities and ensuring all processes are followed to a standard appropriate to meet business needs. The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) and NPPV1 security clearance for this role.
