The role
As a Survival Equipment Supervisor, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. The Survival Equipment Supervisor is primarily responsible to the Survival Equipment Controller for the efficient and effective management of all flying clothing maintenance activities for Hawk contract at RAF Valley but will also need to attend unscheduled aircraft faults and rectification duties. Successful Survival Equipment Supervisor will also be expected to support main bay maintenance activities as required. The SE Supervisor will ensure daily that all maintenance is conducted in a safe manner and is carried out in accordance with approved maintenance data and the staff conducting the task hold the correct and current maintenance authorisations.
Day to day, you’ll appropriately task manpower resource within their area of responsibility so that scheduled maintenance programs are maintained, and emergent tasks are rectified in good time.
