The role
As a PeopleCentre Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. The Employee Lifecycle Team (ELT) is a specialist department that provides accurate, efficient, and effective support to employees and line managers (customer) across all Babcock sites and for all stages of the employee lifecycle process. You will join an established team who work both from home and onsite.
Day-to-day, you’ll provide accurate advice and guidance across many HR related topics that we cover within the ELT. People are at the heart of everything we do and being committed to providing this support at the highest level of customer service is key. You will also:
This role is full time 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2-3 days in the office/onsite and 2-3 days working from home.

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
