The role
As a Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll manage all Customer Contract activities in order to achieve Excellence in Customer Satisfaction.
Day to day, you’ll greet customers when dropping vehicles to site and handing back vehicles, provide service desk telephone support taking enquiries from customers, booking in maintenance, service and repairs for vehicles. You’ll also be responsible for raising tasks on our inhouse systems and ordering parts from suppliers.
This is a full-time role based on site at Walsall working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, with an early finish on Fridays.
