The role
As an Aircraft Handler, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Assisting in the ground movement of aircrafts.
Day to day, you’ll take part in Flight-line operations i.e., Preparation of aircraft for daily flying, “see-in” and “see-off”, fuel and oil replenishment, as well as:
- Once authorised, carry out Check A maintenance on company owned aircrafts.
- Pre-use checks and Scheduled Maintenance of Company owned Ground Support Equipment.
- Complete “all” documentation in accordance with current legislation and Company procedures.
- General duties as required, including, driving, stores duties, housekeeping etc., and other responsibilities as allocated by Management.
This role is full time and based onsite at RAF Wittering.
Essential experience of the Aircraft Handler:
- Experience of handling aircraft in a military or civilian EASA Pt 145 environment.
- Ability to demonstrate practical and theoretical standards required.
Qualifications for the Aircraft Handler:
- Driving License.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve the minimum of a SC security clearance for this role.
