The role
As a Junior Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be responsible for providing administrative support across the Royal School of Military Engineering (RSME) Contract.
Day to day, you’ll support one supervisor at a time providing administration support throughout the department by raising purchase orders, receipt purchase orders, resolve queries, maintain, and update documentation and systems. You’ll also handle service support desk queries and deal with incoming maintenance issues and assign the case to the relevant engineer to be worked.
This is a full time position, 37 hours per week, based at our Minley site. Working hours are Monday – Thursday 8am – 4:30pm and Friday 8am – 4pm.

Experience of the Junior Administrator
We offer full support and training in all aspeacts of this role. You don't need to have an extensive experience but willingness to learn. We'd love to be the part of your career development.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
