The role
As a Senior Production Engineer (Reactor), you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary, with the opportunity to work on highly complex and interesting projects, you will gain a wide exposure to Submarine business, liaising with various teams across multiple projects.
Day to day, you’ll be working within the Submarine Maintenance Planning Team, responsible for the planning of submarine maintenance periods conducted in Devonport.
This will cover the development of the projects scope, interrogation of the early scope for risks, issues, materials, equipment, developing execution schedules to be handed over to the Submarine Delivery Team. You will be using your experience of Submarine maintenance or build projects to assist in the development of project management output, e.g. project plans, metrics, task procedures.
This role is full time, 36 hours based on site at Devonport Royal Dockyard with hybrid working from home arrangements.
