This is a brilliant opportunity to work as part of the MEH Alliance on the prestigious Hinkley Point C Nuclear project. The alliance work across the project to integrate and coordinate the delivery of all main MEH, cabling and associated support services. This innovative approach will help different contractors work as a single entity to deliver the complex installation of cabling and pipework in the power station’s 2,500 rooms.
The role
As a Fire Safety Advisor, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will ensure Emergency Preparedness, and Fire Health and Safety Standards of the HPC project are consistently met and become an integral part of the specialist fire safety team.
Day to day, you’ll undertake Fire Safety Assurance Audits, Inspections and other monitoring activities of both controlled areas and all site contractors to ensure compliance with site Fire Safety Standards and UK legislation.
This role is full time 38 hours a week and will be based at Hinkley Point C in Bridgwater.
