The role
As an Incident Response Operations Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll ensure the Babcock Incident Response Service runs efficiently in a complex and critical environment
Day to day, you’ll provide leadership and direction for supervisors and circa 70 staff, ensuring contractual performance and compliancy is maintained, manage financial oversight of overtime, expenses and purchase requests, oversee and manage operational demand and incident response provision across 2 sites –Capenhurst and Stoke Poges. Effective management of compliancy to a high standard from a safety perspective inclusive of fire prevention requirements.
This role is full time typically working 42-hours per week and will be based at Capenhurst on site. There is a requirement to travel to Stoke Poges as part of the role on an infrequent basis.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) and SC security clearance for this role.
