The role
As a Quality Assistant, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll provide administrative type support to the quality team on PP&E to support the delivery of Integro Quality Service Line Co-Ordination Lead role.
Day to day, you’ll support the quality team in preparing reports and correspondence in alignment with the project quality reporting calendar.
- Liaise with project partners to input data into reporting databases and dashboards in preparation for internal, client and partner meetings.
- Maintain records of meetings and project quality correspondence.
- Co-ordinate team collaboration, assisting with ensuring travel and logistics arrangements are aligned and completed appropriately.
- Follow up internally on progress with quality-related actions and commitments, ensuring progress is recorded and reported accurately.
This is a full-time role, with 37 hours per week. The successful candidate can work compliantly from any of our Cavendish Nuclear sites, with hybrid working from home arrangements.
Essential experience of the Quality Assistant:
- Strong written and oral communication.
- Very detail orientated.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good at accurate record management and able to treat all information with discretion.
Qualifications for the Quality Assistant:
- Qualified to GCSE level in a minimum of English, and/or NVQ Level 2 in Administration.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve BPSS security clearance for this role.
