The role
As a HR Advisor- Data and Reporting, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Day to day, you’ll be key in helping implement our ambitious people agenda throughout Mission Systems. As part of the People team, you’ll support the Mission Systems area of the business and will provide progressive HR expertise across a number of people matters including:
Data Analysis and Reporting: Leverage reporting tools to gather and manipulate HR data, conducting comprehensive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Generating regular and ad hoc reports to enable the HR team to track data workstream progress and highlight insights to stakeholders.
Translating complex data requirements into easily digestible formats for diverse audiences, including local HR teams and key programme stakeholders.
Supporting HR Business Partners in developing and driving people plans.
Ensuring all elements of HR administration are carried out by the People Centre - e.g. starters, leavers, referencing, security and compliance checks, etc
This role can be based from either Bristol or Plymouth and offers a hybrid working model.
Essential experience of the HR Advisor- Data and Reporting:
Experience with a HR Shared Services model and HR Information Systems (i.e., Success Factors).
Experience within an engineering/technical environment (preferred).
Analytical problem solver, proficient in all MS office applications including, keen eye for detail, spotting anomalies, trends and providing solutions, the ability to run v look ups etc
Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to relate to employees at all levels of the organisation.
GDPR Knowledge or experience
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Qualifications for the HR Advisor- Data and Reporting:
