The role
As a Site Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Helping us to support the busy HADES contract at RAF Shawbury.
Day to day, you’ll process staff expenses & advances claims for the Site and the Region, as well as:
Be a travel booker for the Site and Region.
Administer all purchasing activities, including the raising of purchase orders and receipting using the “Coupa” purchasing portal.
Coordinate the purchasing of workwear for the Site, liaising with Supply to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained.
Maintain the IT asset management tracker.
This role is full time and based onsite at RAF Shawbury.
Essential experience of the Site Administrator:
Experience and integrity in handling confidential data and information.
Experience monitoring invoicing, ensuring payments are made punctually.
Knowledge of and experience using SharePoint.
Experienced with data handling and inputting.
Competent in using Microsoft Office packages.
Qualifications for the Site Administrator:

The successful candidate must be able to achieve the minimum of a SC security clearance for this role.
