The role
As an Astute Class Ship Control Training (SCT), Operations Instructor, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll deliver Ship Control training, provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) input into the analysis and solution development for technical change to the existing product and to provide SME advice in support to Marine Training’s projects.
Day to day, you’ll provide training to students with a wide range of experience, predominantly within Ship Control Training discipline but also to provide assistance with generic training, liaise with the Training Design team and provide support for the routine review and amendment of SCT and operations courseware, and conduct all administration and reporting activities associated with the delivery of training to contractual requirement and as otherwise directed by the management team.
This is a full time role based on site at Faslane.
