The role
As an IT Service Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Acting as the interface between Executives, Executive Assistants and Babcock Corporate Services staff primarily based at Wigmore Street – Babcock’s Head office. Ensuring effective delivery of existing services, understanding of new requirements and the effective transition of new solutions for the business.
Day to day, you’ll be responsible for managing customer relationships through regular executive communication, stakeholder management and customer site meetings and participating in service transition activities to ensure customers’ expectations are managed effectively throughout the transition process and understanding how change affects the customer. This role is 37.5 hours per week with 3 days based on-site at Wigmore Street and 2 days flexible working.
