The Role
As a Senior Commercial Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Working for the Commercial Director, Training; you will be required to provide Commercial support and guidance on contractual issues across the Training Business Unit.
Day to day, you’ll be leading and supporting negotiations with the Customer / Supplier on contractual issues where required; as well as any changes on Training Business Unit Contracts or any other contractual documents or any Growth opportunities across the Training Business Unit:
This role is a full-time position that is contracted at 37 hours a week and will be based at our Andover site with hybrid working from home arrangements. The current expectation is to be onsite weekly; there is also, a requirement for attending face-to-face meetings and / or delivering business across a range of internal and customer sites.
Agile working may be available to employees in some instances, applying the principles of fairness and consistency whilst ensuring that the overriding business needs can be appropriately met.
