The role
As a Production Controller you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary where you will be performing tasks that support the production operations teams and production control team. Working on the future submarine capability ensuring that Continuous at Sea Deterrent is maintained This role is key in driving deliverables through to completion.
Day to day, you’ll support the production schedule, working with all groups to ensure adherence is achieved, as well as:
- Ensuring the production system is aligned to actual product and documentation progress.
- Championing the use of the company ERP system (IFS).
- Maintaining and updating all required records.
- Working with Operations & Production Control to ensure planned work is ready at point of use.
This role is full time and based onsite at Bristol.
Essential experience of the Production Controller:
- Experience in using an ERP system to manage and progress work. IFS/SAP understanding would be beneficial.
- Knowledge/understanding of Production Process flow.

Please note that this position is subject to enhanced national security vetting. The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to satisfy Ministry of Defence security requirements (this may include obtaining SC, NNPPI or Developed Vetting (DV) level of security clearances).
