The role
As a Continuous Improvement Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will play a key part in how the PP&E Programme delivers efficiently, effectively and with positive impact on staff wellbeing.
Day to day, you’ll design and implement a best-in-class Continuous Improvement/Learning from Experience (LfE) process across a multi-site, multi-£100m programme.
This is full time role with 37 hours per week with hybrid working from home arrangements (two days in the office per week.)
The role is adaptable and can be based at various sites, including Newbury, Berkshire or Warrington, Cheshire or Bristol.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC (BPSS to begin) security clearance for this role.
