The role
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will manage the Nuclear Business Unit (NBU) integrated surveillance/audit programme on a day-to-day basis and ensure the Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) actions are close out in a timely manner. You will also support the Assurance Department and Assurance team, in ensuring by oversight that the Submarine Dismantling Project (SDP) maintains a strong safety culture and performance and effectively identifies and manages risk.
Day to day, you'll:
This role is full time, permanent position and will consist of a 37-hour working week. This role will be based on site 2/3 days a week in Rosyth with flexible hybrid working from home arrangements where appropriate.
Agile working may be available to employees in some instances, applying the principles of fairness and consistency whilst ensuring that the overriding business needs can be appropriately met.
