The role
As a Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will make a real difference, ensuring the smooth inbound receipt, storage, and delivery of business-critical equipment to our internal and external customers. You will lead and develop a diverse team of Logisticians, guaranteeing the highest safety standards are met, within the warehouse environment and in delivery to the program.
Day to day, you’ll be responsible for the cost-effective operations of all Warehouse & Logistics functions in line with company and customer requirements.
Monitor and action to ensure the safe custody, maintenance, security and accountability for all material and equipment stored.
- Monitor & action all functions within logistics ensuring resources allocated as required.
- Identify and establish best practice across all Warehousing & Logistics functions.
- Target, evaluate and report on key deliverables set by the Logistics Manager.
- Monitor the utilisation and effectiveness of Logisticians to ensure customer expectations and SLA’s are maintained.
This role is full time at 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday from 07:30-17:15 and will be based on site at our Rosyth Dockyard, Fife site.
Essential experience of the Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor:
- Extensive knowledge of Warehousing & Logistics processes.
- You will have experience of leading teams, including line management responsibility.
- Be health & safety focused and champion it within your team

Please note that this position is subject to enhanced national security vetting. The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to satisfy Ministry of Defence security requirements (this may include obtaining SC, NNPPI or Developed Vetting (DV) level of security clearances).
