The role
As a Clothing Stores Operative (Supplier), you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Undertaking the issue, receipt, and storage of the logistics Supply-chain in support of HADES operations.
Day to day, you’ll prepare documentation, carry out physical issue and receipts and assist in recruit kittings, as well as:
- Assist with any stock reconciliations by carrying out Stocktaking/Snap Check programmes within Stockholding Groups as required.
- Complete daily housekeeping for all areas of responsibility to ensure safety and cleanliness expectations are maintained.
- Be responsible for personal safety as well as the safety of colleagues and visitors.
- Ensuring safety is treated as priority over all other elements with accurate and timely reporting of any safety event or observation into first line manager for investigation and corrective action.
- Carry out other tasks to support and ensure HADES contractual delivery; within your sphere of experience and capability as directed by Babcock management
This role is full time and based onsite at RAF Halton.

- Strong communicator; verbal & written
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, customer focused environment
- Able to prioritise.
- Proactive and work using own initiative.
- Comfortable dealing with people.
