The role
As an Apprenticeship Coordinatoryou’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will be contributing towards the achievement of apprenticeship program targets.
Day to day, you’ll conduct learner reviews and document progression against the qualification standards and functional skills element. You will also ensure relevant systems are kept up to date with all work recorded.
To ensure that Learners are supported throughout their period on Army Apprenticeship program with Babcock Training.
To ensure all work is produced to the expected standards and to constantly strive for Continuous Quality Improvement.
To provide information and/or evidence when appropriate for Engineering and HM Forces Serviceperson Apprenticeship.
Act as a mentor and or coach to Learners, offering information, advice and guidance as required.
Carry out training/coaching reviews with learners at intervals in accordance with ESFA and Company guidelines.
This role is full time and will be based at Tidworth, working 37 hours per week with an early finish on Fridays.
Essential experience of the Apprenticeship Coordinator:
Good working knowledge of MS Office 360 applications
Good understanding of Apprenticeships
Delivering induction programmes
Experience of the British Military Environment desirable
Qualifications for the Apprenticeship Coordinator:
Teaching Qualification – desirable
Engineering qualifications desirable (L2 or L3 Mechanical experience preferable)
Working towards or hold CAVA Assessors Qualification (offered to successful applicant if not held already)
The successful candidate must be able to achieve SC as well as EDBS security clearance for this role.
