The role
As a Floor Supervisor, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will act as a designated point of contact for external and internal stakeholders, leading the day-to-day management of entry to the dedicated PP&E facility office.
Day to day, you’ll to act as the primary focus for all Staff, Client, Partners and other visitors to the facility.
- Ensure the facility working procedures are maintained and adhered to.
- Manage distribution of facility passes.
- Support PP&E security and Health and Safety teams in maintaining the facility day-to-day.
- Supporting Dalton House facility teams to undertake maintenance task, cleaners and similar access requirements, acting as an escort.
This is a full-time role with 37 hours per week based at Warrington, Cheshire.
Essential experience of the Floor Supervisor:
- Customer-facing experience, able to liaise with customers of all levels of seniority
- Proficient IT user, able to use booking systems and spreadsheets
- Working knowledge of health and safety guidelines, with willingness to develop in this area
- Strong communication skills, with the ability push back where necessary and escalate accordingly
Qualifications for the Floor Supervisor:

The successful candidate must be able to achieve SCA (SC Atomic) (can start on BPSS) security clearance for this role.
