The position of IT Project Manager will be Remote!
Summary
The IT Project Manager is responsible for supporting complex digital and business transformation projects through strong partnership with key stakeholders. Own the day-to-day management and smooth operation of a variety of digital projects, including M&A integrations, software implementations, and application integrations. Requires a highly organized, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities and confidently communicate status.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with teams to design, develop and implement a project plan, execute the plan, and monitor progress
Partner with stakeholders to define the scope of a project, determine project budget, track relevant costs and reconcile to plan
Identify resource requirements and constraints, schedule activities, collaborate with multiple teams to ensure project timeline is met
Provide end-to-end support from project kick-off through close, including identifying success metrics and reporting on those metrics upon completion of the project
Manage changes to scope, schedule and budget with change requests. Highlight potential risks and act proactively to resolve issues
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, using standard resources and tools
Provide clear, consistent and actionable updates to stakeholders and the Program Management Office
Compare actual performance with planned performance, analyze variances, assess trends to improve the process
Support the digital team in maintaining the digital roadmap and providing KPI scorecards on business impact of roadmap items
Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need
4 Year / Bachelor's Degree
6+ years of project management experience in a large matrixed environment
Experience in a variety of disciplines, including IT, finance, and support functions
PMP or Agile certification is preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to leadership and peers
Possess strong leadership skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Demonstrated track record of successful Project Management
Negotiation Skills for keeping the project aligned to the overall business goals as outlined in the implementation plan
Must be able to manage time, prioritize and communicate commitments
Must have strong client and internal communication skills with experience working in highly collaborative teams
Excellent people skills and ability to build respectful relationships with all levels of staff
Self-motivated to perform effectively and provide accurate results
