Maintain and grow regionally allocated accounts. Provide account management for the nominated accounts, which will include the implementation of the business development and customer service plan.
In conjunction with Parent branch manager, monitor and take appropriate action to ensure the branch achieves sales/profitability targets, service KPIs and fully complies with standard operating procedures.
Manage, lead and develop all colleagues within the branch so that their operational performance delivers agreed KPIs and is in line with Company standards.
Contribute to the formulation of a strategic and tactical business plan for the branch and convert this into profitable business performance.
Contribute to the effective operation of the business through active collaboration in activities required as a member of the regional management team.
The Person:
As a Satellite Manager for Rexel, you will need:
Sound understanding of business principles. Sound product knowledge.
Secondary education up to the age of 16 including GCSEs, NVQ II or equivalent
Able to learn how to use in-house system and packages such as word/excel.
Capability to run business up to £1m.
Between 1/2 years relevant experience
The Satellite Manager role is a FULL TIME permanent position MONDAY – FRIDAY and we offer a pension, life assurance, 25 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays.
