Rexel UK are recruiting for a Contract Manager to be the primary point of commercial contact accountable for the operational delivery of specific customer contracts, working in collaboration with the key customers and internal teams ensuring performance of and adherence to contractual obligations and meeting customer expectations.

The Role

As a Contract Manager for Rexel, your main responsibilities will be:

• Leading and managing the execution phase of the contract, ensuring:

• Effective, robust and strong client relationships are maintained at all times at all levels
• Contract compliance at all times ensuring all contract deliverables are undertaken inline with the agreed terms and contractual timescales
• Internal key stakeholder engagement of required support for achieving successful implementation o Identify, define, and manage risks associated with Contract Delivery
• Collate and produce all management information required for the customer and review at scheduled customer meetings
• Assist in the procurement programme of contract requirements, and needs are aligned to the relevant integrated work schedule
• Management of any close out phase of each contract
• Assist in the development of the Contract Strategy and its subsequent delivery
• Pro-actively identify opportunities for progression or growth within the current account.
• Provide relevant management information of individual contracts to ensure compatibility & alignment with other projects and contracts

The Person

To be a Contract Manager for Rexel, you will need to be able to demonstrate:

• Proven skills in service delivery and direct customer management
• Demonstrate a good understanding of procurement, contract performance measurement, risk, change and claim management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills, including influencing & networking skills
• Project Management Experience
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Resilience to work in a challenging environment
