The Opportunity
We’re looking for someone to provide guidance, coaching and deputising where necessary in line with business requirements. You will act as an escalation point for more complex/sensitive queries, which may require technical expertise for resolution. Extensive knowledge of EDF Business Solutions (EBS) processes, associated regulatory obligations, and systems is therefore preferred.

What you’ll be doing
Responsibilities will include support for continual improvement and this will include the review and maintenance of documentation held within the department. You will build and maintain working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Where needed, you should be able to demonstrate adherence to our own policies and this may include involvement with internal and external audits.
You’ll work to ensure a support framework is in place to enable the Team Managers to focus on their primary role.
We’re looking for someone who has knowledge and experience of a variety of customer service activities, including Debt Recovery and Field Processes. You will also have an extensive understanding of policies and processes and a competent understanding of the EDF Energy organisation structure.
