The Opportunity
As the Senior Manager of Metering Operations, you will be part of the Metering Leadership team and therefore responsible for delivering the Metering business targets, including P&L, growth, OPEX control, etc. You will also be accountable for delivering the EBS SMART & Data Quality targets, as well as delivering an excellent service to metering customers. Success will depend on your ability to work with others and make them invested and partly accountable for your targets (and shared goals). This role is therefore relatively unique in that it combines voice and back-office operations in a highly data-driven and collaborative context.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll collaborate with all in Metering Operations. An operational team focussed on delivering the EBS SMART target, EBS Data Quality target and meter-related meter agent, data and supply services.

Who you are
Being The Senior Manager of Metering Operations in EBS means you are driven to deliver the best possible customer experience and operational results. Demonstrating outstanding numerical and analytical skills with a growth mindset, you’ll also have the ability perform as a confident operations manager, with logical mind, clear communication and priority focused.
You’ll have the ability to confidently establish and maintain effective business relationships with customers and key stakeholders at all levels with strong influencing skills as well as strong knowledge of Business energy supply and metering environment and their participants, a deep understanding of data, advanced analytics and reporting/visualisation solutions, with the ability to innovate, think laterally and tackle new areas of business risk whilst working in a highly regulated environment.
We’re looking for someone with proven experience in leadership. Educated to degree level or verified demonstration of ability to the same level delivered in a working environment.
