We are currently expanding at our ASOS site in Barnsley (S72 7GX) and are looking for a Warehouse First Line Managers to join our team. You’ll lead a team of people and co-ordinate activities to achieve business goals, through focussing on continuous improvement and promoting a team based culture.
We currently have 4 roles being offered on a full-time permanent basis, working any 5 out of 7 on afternoon shift.

We’re looking to offer a salary of £26,910 per annum, and 29 days annual leave (inclusive bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
Deliver clear operational direction, leadership, and development to your team of operational staff
Closely monitor KPIs and performance levels, ensuring that we’re always meeting or exceeding our SLAs
Manage the allocation of work on a daily basis, controlling headcount and overtime budgets and ensuring cost, quality and delivery targets met
Create and maintain a positive team culture and spirit, encouraging involvement from all team members
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Previous experience in managing a team in a large, fast-paced warehouse environment
Excellent working knowledge of the warehousing process
Confidence in the use of a warehouse management system
The ability to effectively lead and manage a large team
