Here in GXO Warrington (WA1), we’re working together with Iceland Foods and on the look-out for an Operational Support Administrator to join our fast-paced team. You’ll be working on a full-time, permanent basis, on an ‘any 5 from 7’ pattern, rotating between the hours of 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Working within the stock and admin team providing support to the warehouse operation
- Processing store orders from our (WMS) Warehouse Management System for the pick team
- Receipting of goods inwards stock to the depot and PI checks as required
- Working with other departments and sharing information to ensure service to stores in maintained
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous experience in stock and admin functions within logistics essential
- Good knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Working with Food Safety standard experience preferred but not essential
- IT Literate, with excellent Word and Excel capabilities
