Here at GXO we are looking for a Warehouse Operations Support Manager to join us at our Heineken site in Croydon for our Drinks contract. You’ll manage a shift of circa 15 colleagues, with the overall responsibility of ensuring that the shifts are resourced adequately, interacting with our customer, overseeing multiple areas of our operation and all aspects of people management.
You will be working Monday to Friday, with a rotational shift pattern of 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 & 22:00-06:00.This role will require you to work across all shifts therefore flexibility is essential!

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £35,000.00 per annum (inclusive of night shift allowance), and 32 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
