Here at GXO, we are looking for a Health & Safety Manager to join us at our Greene King site in Trafford Park, Manchester, with occasional travel to support our sister-site in Bathgate, Scotland. Our site contains 3 different chambers: Freezer, Chilled & Ambient, as well as a Transport Depot, and various support functions. Therefore, your experience within the food industry would really be beneficial to this operation!
You’ll take responsibility for all thing’s health and safety, quality, and environment at site and help push our road to zero campaign. We’re looking for someone to champion and promote occupational health, safety and environmental awareness throughout the site whilst always leading from the front. You’ll play an integral part of our management team – are you ready for the challenge?
You will join us on a full time, permanent basis, primarily working Monday to Friday, 08:00 -16:00. However, some flexibility is required, due to the nature of the role. This is logistics after all!

We’re looking to offer a salary of upto £46,000.00, dependant on experience and 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays).
