As a Duty Section Manager at our ASOS site in Barnsley you will play a key role in managing the operational requirements within a fast-paced and dynamic e-Commerce environment.
The role is being offered on a full-time. You will work a 5 out of 7 day shift, some flexibility may be required.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Ensure Environmental and Health & Safety requirements are met
Liaise with occupational health to manage restrictions on shift
Assist in the management and coordination of a site or fire evacuation
Root cause analysis in relation to losses and FC service failures
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Previous managerial experience in a similar size environment
Excellent people management skills
Exposure to WMF systems
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Word, Excel, Outlook)
