We are currently looking for a full-time permanent Warehouse Operative to come and join us at our site in Sutton on behalf of our customer, Virgin Media. You will be working Monday – Friday, 07:00 -16:00 which will be your permanent hours. Please be advised you will be required to provide 24/7 call out coverage on a rotating basis.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

Ensuring that products are processed and handled correctly throughout the warehouse

Operating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and carry out assigned computer-based

Responding to customer queries and requests in a professional and timely manner

Undertaking special projects, providing statistics, and reports as required

You are ideally computer literate and know how to work your way around systems (or a quick learner!)

Customer service skills are essential

You may be someone with a Warehouse background who has dealt with systems rather than being paper based

You must enjoy lone working – area managers will be visiting you once or twice a week for a coffee and a catch up for some social time!
