Here at GXO we are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join the Inventory team at our BT contract in Milton Keynes. You will be working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 13:00 – 21:00; however, a degree of flexibility may be required from time to time to meet the needs of the business.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Conducting perpetual inventory counts according to planned schedules and work instructions at ground level and at height (full training will be provided to safely operate a high-level order picker for this purpose)
- Carrying out targeted investigations as issued by Inventory Function Operatives
- Reporting all unresolved discrepancies
- Ensuring daily tasks are carried out effectively and within given timescales
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Ability to work on own initiative yet form an integral part of a progressive and multi-skilled inventory team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great attention to detail with an ability to effectively interpret large amounts of data
- Good PC knowledge
- Previous knowledge of JDA WMS is preferred but not essential
