Here at GXO we have an opportunity for a Payroll MI Analyst to join us on a 6-month fixed term contract basis. You’ll work closely with our central payroll team and wider functions focusing on developing our reporting capability and support the automation of the end-to-end payroll process. You’ll be getting involved in data reporting – anything from day-to-day analysis and reconciliation to reviewing process and standardising our ways of working.
You’ll be based out of our head office in Northampton, where we also offer level a of home/flexible working, provided you’re able to attend the office as and when required.
Pay, benefits and more:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up £65,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays). You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.
