Here at GXO we are seeking a Lean Coordinator to join our team at our ASOS site in Doncaster. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and implementing all lean continuous improvement initiatives within agreed timescales and financial targets.
You’ll join us on a full-time, permanent basis working Monday to Friday.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £40,000 per annum, and 264 hours annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
You will collaborate with department heads across finance, IT, human resources and operations, to execute key work streams
Drive all lean initiatives (Kaizen, 6S, Lean academy etc)
Educate, coach, challenge and inspire the teams on lean thinking
Drive project savings and process improvements
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Experience working within e-commerce or retail in the logistics Industry
LEAN Six Sigma trained or equivalent certification
Excellent communication and coaching skills
Extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience in implementing lean tools
