Our prestigious GXO site in Barnsley are looking to recruit a Health and Wellbeing Administrator on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. You will provide administrative support to the Health & Wellbeing Team and act as the initial point of contact for colleagues.
You’ll be working Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Provide a timely, effective, and comprehensive support to Health and Wellbeing Team
Promote the quality and value of the overall Health and wellbeing function both within and outside of GXO
Develop the correct behaviours and culture within area of responsibility according to the GXO Logistics values and commitments
Carry out other administrative for the service which could include reception work, post and dealing with colleagues enquires either in person or via electronic communications
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Good use of Microsoft Office and Health and wellbeing database
The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide a high level of customer service to your internal customers
Excellent attention to detail and an eye for data
