We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic Warehouse Operatives to support our operation in Garforth, working in partnership with our longstanding customer, Costa Coffee. This is a chill environment, meaning you will be working across different temperature zones.
You will be working 12-hour shifts, covering the hours of 18:00 to 06:00, on “any 4 from 8” shift pattern. By working on this schedule, you will have the advantage of extended time off and a structured work-life balance.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Ensuring that products are picked accurately, loaded, and unloaded safely onto vehicles
- Responsible for tipping and processing outside suppliers as well as managing backhauls
- Scanning totes and cages, data input using our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Communicating with other team members and management to ensure efficient warehouse operations
- Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse would be beneficial
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work in a team and independently when required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
