We are currently looking for a Payroll Advisor to join us on our ASOS contract in Doncaster. You’ll provide a timely, effective, and comprehensive support to line managers within GXO Supply Chain, in all aspects of Payroll.
This role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 08:30 to 17:00 with flexibility to meet the needs of the operation.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Deliver a quality payroll service, by producing and collating the reports required by the Central Payroll Team
Prepare and check payroll data for input into the payroll system, ensuring company payment rules are adhered to, including processing Unpaid Hours, Overtime, Shift Premium and Sickness.
Review the Payslips and Corrections reporting to identify and correct any issues prior to payments being made
Maintain up to date knowledge of current legislation and best practice.
Design and communicate key employment policies which conform to current statutory requirements and reflect contemporary best practice
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar payroll-focused role with experience of multi-site operations and a good commercial focus
Experience in running Payroll reporting and collating data for Payroll to be delivered on time, and accurately the first time
Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide a high level of customer service to your internal customers
Attention to detail.
