We’re on the hunt for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our Equipment Management operation at our Tesco RSU site in Southampton. This operation is all about recycling and reuse which is an important part of the supply chain, ensuring equipment management and repair support to the customer and their distribution operations.
You’ll be working on a 4 on, 4 off basis rotating, 6pm to 6am with 6amm to 6pm (nights and days).

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Lead your team in a fast-paced reverse operation
- Coordinate tasks to ensure all activity is completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Deal with all returned products and equipment
- Support the shift manager with engaging the team and reacting to the varying inbound workloads
What you need to succeed at GXO:

- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
