Here at GXO, we’re looking for Warehouse First Line Managers, to join our growing site in Warrington.
This is a Full Time, Permanent, position working Monday – Friday 2pm to 10pm.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £31,755 per annum + £159 Per month shift enhancement, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Leadership of a supportive and performance driven work area where colleague achievements and contributions are widely thanked, recognised and rewarded
- Efficiently manages all people metrics, taking accountability of work area scheduling, absence, performance, and talent conversations
- Deputises for Shift Manager, working cross functionally and supporting different work area teams as required
- Role model and embed strict adherence to safe and legal working practices, complying with all Health and Safety and Security policies
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Proven experience in managing an operational team in a fast-paced warehouse
- The ability to lead continuous improvement projects whilst demonstrating
excellent planning skills - Excellent communication skills with a focus on maintaining on-site engagement
- Ensure effective communication is delivered to colleagues and management teams
on a daily basis
