Here at GXO we are currently recruiting for a Product Care & Training Manager to join one of our contracts for one of the biggest fashion retailers based in Northampton, Grange Park. You’ll effectively co-ordinate all Product Care and Operational training. To support the immediate and long-term needs of the site and to develop and deliver the KPI’s in line with the agreed budgeted costs.
This is a full-time permanent role, covering Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 hours.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Lead the team to ensure all product care and quality activities are completed, including quality checks, ensuring a high level of detail when reporting on findings
Investigate current processes to perform accuracy checks on other functional areas of the department and communicate results in a timely fashion
Ensure a complete and exceptional service is provided to the customer and lead activities to achieve business goals; through focussing on continuous improvement and promoting a team-based culture
Work collaboratively with the customer to ensure product care standards are maintained
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Previous managerial experience in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (the role includes daily customer interface)
Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
Excellent systems knowledge as well as be confident on all Microsoft packages particularly Excel
