Due to internal progression, we’re looking for a full-time, permanent, HR Business Partner to join us on a national basis to support our Iceland contract. The Business Partner will provide both strategic and operational HR support, to our Customer, Operations Director and General Managers with HR responsibility for a contract of over 2500 colleagues across sites based primarily at Enfield, Livingston, Swindon (x2) and Warrington. You will also be working alongside a great HR team, with responsibility for supporting the design and delivery of a consistent framework for people-related activity within the Iceland Contract and the wider business.
We are flexible with regard to base location although regular travel is expected to all sites. You will be working Monday to Friday; however, flexibility is required, this is logistics after all!
Pay, benefits and more:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £70,000.00 per annum, bonus, plus car or car allowance. In addition, we offer 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
