We supply great food to over 340 Iceland / Iceland Food Warehouse stores across the UK. As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll pick, pack, and check the quality of these ambient, chilled and frozen food items, ready for our drivers to deliver direct to store.
Your journey will start with a full induction, exceptional accredited training and the support of our great learning & development team, alongside our supportive, experienced managers. There really will be no limit to your potential, almost 80% of our managers started as Operatives before being developed and promoted. There are plenty of opportunities for development and progression.
To join us as a Warehouse Operative, experience is preferred but not essential as we will provide training help you be your best. Importantly, you’ll have an eye for detail alongside the ability to communicate with a good standard of literacy. You’ll also need to be comfortable in cold temperatures (we’ll provide a free thermal uniform to keep you cosy & warm)
