The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth for DSV's transportation and logistics services. They will work closely with the executive team to identify market opportunities, create sales plans, and manage a team of sales professionals.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets.
Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment of sales objectives with company goals.
Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Educational background / Work experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.
MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.

Experience managing a team of sales professionals and collaborating with other departments.

For this position, the expected base pay is: $138,500- $208,000/ Annual. Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, geographical location, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
